Kokomo man arrested for sexual misconduct with minor
HOWARD COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — A Kokomo man was arrested Tuesday for sexual misconduct with a minor.
Kelly Lee Scott, 51, was arrested at his home in Kokomo by the Howard County Sheriff’s Department.
He faces two level 5 counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.
The charges stem from an investigation that began in November, the sheriff’s department said.
Scott was taken to the Howard County Jail with a $12,000 bond.
