CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) – Firefighters in Carmel were busy Thursday night battling an industrial fire.

The fire broke out at the I.M.I facility at 5244 East 96th Street.

Fire officials say the tall conveyor building was being disassembled and there was work being done that may have started the fire.

Investigators say it appears the conveyor belt, rubber, and hydraulic fluid were the main items burning in the structure.
