INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Severe weather is possible Saturday afternoon and evening across all of central Indiana. The biggest threats from this storm are damaging wind, large hail, and isolated tornadoes.

Forecast 8 Meteorologist Ken Brewer says that the most intense thunderstorms should develop anytime after 5 p.m. and could last through midnight.  Even in non-severe thunderstorms, there is a chance you could lose power for a period of time, so make sure to have cell phones charged and fresh batteries in your flashlight.

The Forecast 8 Team will track storms as they develop Saturday afternoon and evening. The moderate risk was downgraded to a slight risk just after 4 p.m., on Saturday.
