INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – According to court documents, IMPD Officer Kevin E. Brown faces a judge Tuesday afternoon.  Brown was arrested early Monday morning in Morgan County for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

According to a police report, Brown admitted to drinking 6 beers prior to driving his squad car.

The report goes on to say Brown used the public address system on his squad car at a White Castle in Camby to get some friends’ attention.  Brown also told police he turned on his emergency lights, “just to play around.”

Court documents say Brown had a .09 percent BAC when officers tested him. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
