Fallen tree knocks out power on NW side

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — More than 2,200 electric customers in Indianapolis lost power on Tuesday when a tree fell in their area, Indianapolis Power and Light officials said.

The incident was focused on the northwest side of Indianapolis.

IPL officials said just before 5 p.m. they had crews responding to make repairs.
