TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – There are new developments in the murder case of a 65-year-old woman that happened last year in Vigo County.

Matthew Cook has pleaded guilty to murder and burglary in connection to the death of Shirley Moyer.

Moyer was found dead last October in her home at Gaslight Estates. Officials report Cook, who lived a few door down from her, has admitted to killing her.
