GR8 Health: Student Athlete

Students, particularly student athletes, have great nutritional needs to be able to fuel their growth and their activity at practice. We all know breakfast is so important – that goes without saying. But what about the lunches? We have tips for parents who are packing lunches… what needs to go into those? We’ll also focus on the high school athletes who might be more likely to buy school lunch at school. What should they make sure is on their tray? As a bonus bit of info, we’ll talk about the best pre-pract provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
