How to make pickled fruit!

“Pickling really intensifies the taste of the fruit”, according to Suzanne!

Suzanne Krowiak from Indy Food Swappers shows us how easy it is to pickle fruit. Krowiak says it takes no special equipment, and people could pick up a pint of berries at the farmers market or grocery in the morning, and have pickled fruit later that day. Krowiak incorporates the pickled fruit into the perfect cheese plate for an easy dinner for two, or entertaining a larger crowd at home. Spend five minutes picking up the right flavors and textures at the cheese department and you’ve got a home run! provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
