INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A new report says Indianapolis-based WellPoint plans to change its name back to Anthem.

The Indianapolis Business Journal says the name change will be finished by the end of the year pending shareholder approval.

Anthem merged with WellPoint in 2004 and adopted the name, but the IBJ says the company still sells most of its coverage under the name Anthem.

The company is the second-largest health insurer in the United States.
