Kevin Kline to receive honorary doctoral degree from IU

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WISH) – Academy Award winner Kevin Kline will receive an honorary doctoral degree from Indiana University next month.

As part of the IU cinema film series, Kline will speak to students and then watch a special screening of “A Fish Called Wanda” at IU Cinema. The ceremony will take place on Monday, September 15.

The event is free, but tickets are required. Tickets will be available starting Tuesday, August 26.

In April, Actress Meryl Streep received an honorary doctoral degree from IU.
