BROOK, Ind. (AP) — Authorities in northwestern Indiana are investigating the death of a man whose body was found in a tent outside a residence.

Newton County Coroner Scott McCord says emergency responders in the town of Brook found 37-year-old Jaysen Wayne Kolodziej unresponsive Saturday morning.

The (Munster) Times reports a preliminary investigation by the coroner and Brook police point to an accidental drug overdose as the cause of death.

An autopsy and toxicology tests are scheduled for Monday.
