MORRISTOWN, Ind. (WISH) – Police in Morristown say a man is in custody after molesting a child under 14.
Justice Isaiah Warne, 18, was arrested on two charges of child molestation, according to a probable cause affidavit.
24-Hour News 8’s news partners at the Shelbyville News found the first charge was on or around Aug. 9. According to the affidavit Warner performed or submitted to sexual intercourse of other sexual conduct with a child under 14.
A second charge shows Warner did knowingly perform or submitted to any fondling or touching of the child or the defendant, with intent to arouse or to satisfy the sexual desires of either the child or defendant.
A police report was filed on Aug, 9 that shows a man reported his 13-year-old daughter to have run away with her 18-year-old boyfriend. The man identified the boyfriend as Warner.
Warner was held at the Shelby County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
