BLACKFORD COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – The Blackford County Sheriff has issued a level orange travel watch for the county.

Officials say most roads in the county are impassable due to flooding and high water.

A travel watch means that conditions are not safe for people to drive.

Only essential travel is recommended Friday.  Driving to and from work is allowed.
