Pedestrian seriously hurt after being struck by car

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Metro Police are investigating a pedestrian struck on the city’s southwest side early Friday.

Police and medics were called to the 2600 block of West Minnesota Street  just before 5 a.m.

Police say a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at that location.

The victim was taken to Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital with what was described as serious bodily injuries.
