Carmel’s Greek Fest kicks off 41st year

CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) — In its 41st year, the annual Greek Fest kicked off in Carmel on Saturday.

The food and danced-filled event is held each year at the Holy Trinity Orthodox Church. Along with food and entertainment, it’s known for fine wines, local craft beers and fresh pastries.

The event is Holy Trinity’s main fundraiser for the year. Proceeds go to church operations and different missions throughout the year.

Admission is free. Greek Fest runs until 10 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
