Indycar series at Sonoma Raceway will go on following 6.0 earthquake

SACRAMENTO, Calif.(WISH/AP) – A 6.0 magnitude earthquake shakes Northern California’s San Francisco Bay area early Sunday morning.

However, the IndyCar series event scheduled for Sunday at Sonoma Raceway will still go on. The track tweeted out that no damage was done to the track and they expect the race to go on as normal.

Several drivers were staying in hotel rooms in the area and felt the impact of the earthquake.
