Ruth’s Chris Steak House opened its new north side restaurant on August 18, 2014 at 86th St. and North Keystone Ave. The $5 million plus newly constructed Ruth’s Chris, and anchor tenant at Ironworks at Keystone development, will dazzle loyal and new patrons with the glamour of its refreshed sizzle.

The 18,000 square foot restaurant is housed within the innovative and modern Ironworks Development, one of the city’s newest “live-work-play” locales, targeting residential dwellers above Ruth’s two levels serving sizzling steaks swizzling cocktails and swirling wines.

The new Ruth’s Chris northside restaurant offers a refined, chic and cosmopolitan atmosphere. The abundance of windows and natural light add to a more contemporary style of architecture. As with Ruth’s Chris style, the new restaurant will naturally connect guests for celebratory occasions, business gatherings and those sizzling moments in between.

The beautifully decorated interior has seating for more than 500 patrons with accommodations in both main and upper levels. The restaurant houses five private dining and event space rooms. A few of the restaurant’s unique points of design include a four-sided bar with an exquisite overhead light feature. The bar also opens up to a large 3,000 square foot outdoor patio for seasonal dining and events. An open staircase leads up to the second level with an additional bar, lounge seating and accommodations for large private groups. The bars on both levels will also provide bottle service.

Steak lovers in the Indianapolis area have become “Ruth’s steak lovers.” The classic menu featuring New Orleans-inspired appetizers is most known for the sizzling USDA Prime steaks served on the signature 500-degree plate.
