Carmel Firefighter and personal trainer Tim Griffin shows us how to mentally and physically get the most out of your workout. “Lean muscle burns more fat”, says Tim. That doesn’t mean you have to build huge muscles but it does mean strong muscle are very important. Tim offers the three keys to updating one’s body: 1) consistency, 2) goals, 3) exercise.
