Local farmers fuel Hoosier Craft Beer Industry


The Hoosier Craft Beer industry and culture is exploding. Now local farmers are thinking out of the box, and with the help of Purdue research, are being trained how to successfully and profitably grow hops in the corn belt. Creative/passionate brewers and increasingly discriminate consumers now supported by local farmers thinking outside the box and land grant college researchers providing the expertise and encouragement to help farmers go beyond their comfort zone.
