NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay was expected in court on Tuesday.

A change of plea hearing was scheduled for 11 a.m. at the Hamilton County Courthouse.

Irsay was arrested in March on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance. Police say they found pills and a large amount of cash in Irsay’s car.

Late Friday, 24-Hour News 8 learned Irsay reached a plea agreement with prosecutors. Irsay says he went to rehab following his arrest.

As Irsay walked into the courthouse Tuesday, he thanked fans for their support but declined further comment. He added, “I’ll have a statement later today, but nothing right now.”

24-Hour News 8’s Bennett Haeberle will be at the hearing and will have updates throughout the day.
