INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indiana State Police say a woman was taken to the hospital after a two-car crash at the north split early Tuesday morning.

The crash happened just after 2 a.m. Troopers say they think a man driving the other vehicle was driving under the influence. 24-Hour News 8 crews at the scene witnessed that man being handcuffed.

The woman was taken to a local hospital in an unknown condition.

Authorities say the ramp to northbound Interstate 65 from westbound Interstate 70 was shut down for about an hour and a half.
