INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — One person was taken to the hospital early Tuesday morning after a serious crash on the near northeast side of Indianapolis.
Emergency crews were called to the intersection of 42nd and Sherman shortly after 5:30 a.m. Police say one vehicle was t-boned by another car.
Crews freed one person who was trapped in their vehicle. That individual was taken to IU Health Methodist Hospital in critical condition. A second person was injured in the crash. That person’s condition was unknown.
The intersection was closed while emergency personnel investigated.
