Tailgate Tip: Blue Cocktail

Blueberry Honey Tea

½ oz Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey

4 oz Unsweet tea

1 oz cranberry juice

Garnish: Blueberries

Tailgate Tip: Red Cocktail

Lime Bloody Mary

1 oz el Jimador Mexican Lime (or el Jimador Blanco)

3 oz Bloody Mary Mix

Garnish: Skewer of cheese, olives, peppadew pepper and celery

Tailgate Tip: Pre-Game Shot

Kickoff Cooler

½ oz Early Times Fire Eater

½ oz Grapefruit Juice

Rim glass in honey then dip the rim into bowl of sugar in your favorite team color.

Tailgate Tip: Green Drink

Quarterback Quench

3 oz Korbel Brut

1 oz Orange Juice

1 oz Melon Liqueur

Combine juice and liqueur, then top with Korbel. Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge.

Tailgate Tip: To-Go Taco Dip

üUse mason jars as serving dishes for chips, salsa and dips. Throw on the lid before you leave the house and you have a no-spill way to get your food to the party.

üPre-make mini taco dips that can be served straight out of a mason jar and enjoyed on the spot. Each person can have their own to-go taco dip.

Individual To-Go Taco Dip

In mason jar add:

1 tbsp cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp canned black beans, rinsed

2 tbsp tomatoes (or salsa)

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese

Top with avocados
