Executive chef Brock Jenkins from Divvy in Carmel demonstrates some of the dishes he’ll be serving up as part of Northside Nights. Diners will be able to experience culinary delights from independent and upscale chain restaurants during Northside Nights from Monday, Sept. 15 – Sunday, Sept. 28. During the two-week event, guests will be able to take advantage of three-course, value-priced menus from an anticipated 45 eateries.

1 cup fresh rosemary, finely diced (may substitute 1/4 cup ground rosemary)
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cayenne
Melt butter in pan and combine with spices. Toss walnuts in butter mixture. Bake at 350, checking an tossing every 10 minutes, until toasted.
Allow nuts to cool then divide into freezer bags to save for later use.
