Names released in weekend shooting at Moose Lodge

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) – Lafayette police continued to investigate Monday a shooting that injured three people over the weekend.

Detectives tell WLFI-TV they plan to continue interview people Tuesday in connection to the incident about 3 a.m. Sunday at the Moose Lodge on Union Street.

WLFI-TV has learned the names and ages of the Lafayette residents who were shot: Stevonta Hill, 18, Denzale Lane, 21, and Gabriel West Jr., 22.

As News 18 reported Sunday, police said several people started fighting as a large gathering at the lodge was wrapping up. Shots were fired from at least two guns, injuring three.

Each was taken to area hospitals for treatment and later released.

As of late Monday night, no one is in custody.
