Westbound I-70 closed in Clay County

CLAY COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — Westbound Interstate 70 in Clay County was closed Tuesday morning after a crash involving a semi hauling two trailers.

Emergency officials said no one was hurt, but the trailers were blocking westbound traffic as of 8:15 a.m.

Drivers were being diverted at the 41-mile marker, which is near U.S. 231.

It wasn’t clear how long the closure would be in place.
