7 victims from Megabus crash released from Methodist

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The seven people who were brought to IU Health Methodist Hospital following a Megabus crash on I-65 have all been released, according to hospital officials.

The Megabus was carrying at least 60 people when it crashed around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday.

A lawsuit was filed on Wednesday stating that faulty windshield wipers are to blame for the crash. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of four passengers after dozens of people were injured.
