JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — A woman was arrested Thursday night after police said she pretended to be her twin sister.
A Johnson County sheriff’s deputy pulled the woman over because the car she was in had a headlight out, according to a police report. Then, the female driver didn’t have any I.D.
The deputy had the woman write down her name and birth date to be looked up in a computer. The deputy found the woman was a twin but that the sisters had different tattoos, according to the report. The tattoo the woman had matched a different name of the twin pair than the woman provided.
Police arrested Andrea Alvey on an outstanding warrant for driving while suspended. She was also preliminarily charged with driving while suspended prior and false informing.
