Indy Snow Force prepares for another slick commute

INDIANAPOLIS – After drivers spent Tuesday morning slipping and sliding on their way to work the City’s Department of Public Works will deploy a partial crew of Indy Snow Force drivers on Tuesday evening.

Indy Snow Force drivers will be out around 11 p.m. to salt the city’s major roads and secondary streets to prevent slick driving conditions.

The remaining rain from Tuesday morning could refreeze on the pavements as temperatures fall overnight. Drivers should pay close attention to bridges and hilly areas.
