Connersville woman jailed after meth investigation

CONNERSVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — A Connersville woman was arrested this week after an ongoing meth investigation by police.

Officers served a search warrant on a home in the 3200 block of North Central Avenue late Tuesday night and arrested 32-year-old Tabitha Belt.

Police say Belt was preliminarily charged with possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, and maintaining a common nuisance, a Level 6 felony. She was booked into the Fayette County Jail.
