IFD fight house fire on Indianapolis’ west side

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Indianapolis Fire Department was called out to a single-story residence fire Sunday morning.

IFD dispatched to the home on Indianapolis’ west side just after 4 a.m.

When fire crews arrived to the 900-block of Concord Avenue, they saw fire coming from the front of the house.

According to IFD, fire crews were able to contain the fire within 30 minutes of arrival.

Battalion Chief Dennis Musgrave estimates the damage to be approximately $30,000.

IFD are still investigating the cause of the fire.
