FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (WISH) – At least one Indianapolis-area family will be rooting for the Patriots in the 2015 AFC Championship game.
Brownsburg native Chris Jones is the starting defensive tackle for New England.
He told WISH-TV there were some key lessons the Patriots learned after the week 11 match-up on November 16, 2014. The regular season game was a 42-20 Patriots victory.
Jones said, “We can take away things we did good and bad. We were a little slow starting off.”
One big challenge for Jones will be trying to contain Colts quarterback Andrew Luck.
He said, “Andrew Luck will make a ton of plays… He has really come into his own. He’s a big player who does things a little differently.”
Jones said his family will be cheering him on from Brownsburg but will have a few of his high school coaches at the game.
