INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The host committee responsible for the 2015 NCAA Men’s Final Four will unveil plans for fan entertainment Tuesday afternoon.

Indiana Sports Corporation is leading the efforts surrounding the event at Lucas Oil Stadium. The organization along with NCAA leaders and two Indiana college basketball coaches will announce details of what will be organized for fans at 2 p.m. at the NCAA Hall of Champions.

The sport’s finale was last held in Indianapolis in 2010 when organizers opened “Bracket Town” at the Indiana Convention Center as the main source of entertainment outside of tournament action. The five-day festival featured tournament-related games, interactive zones, live broadcasts and more.

The 2015 Final Four, scheduled to begin April 4, will be one of the largest sports-related events held in Indianapolis since the 2012 Super Bowl.

Visit Indy expects at least 60,000 people to travel to the city for the games.

During the bid process, officials estimated the 2015 Final Four event would economically benefit Indianapolis by $45-50 million. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
