Police: Hammer-wielding woman beat boyfriend
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Police responded to a home on the city’s east side on Tuesday night.
Reports state that Indianapolis Metropolitan Police responded to the 2900 block of Black Night Boulevard on Feb. 3, where a man had been beaten by his girlfriend.
IMPD said that the man and woman had gotten into a fight, when the woman allegedly started beating the man with a hammer.
The man was taken in critical condition to Sidney and Lois Eskenazi Hospital.
Police have not released information on whether the girlfriend was arrested.
