Making 2015 the Year Your Habits Changed for Good!

Let January go, it’s never too late to start.”

As the New Year begins, we all strive to make commitments to our health-quitting those bad-for-us habits, eating right, and exercising more. But with all of the new information and conflicting views about what IS healthy, how do we know what we should be putting into our bodies and why?

This year make your goal to not blindly make promises, but instead to truly understand the latest information that will keep you healthy every year of your life. Health correspondent Jim Morelli shares his guidebook of guidelines to help you assess what the best supplements and health products are for you and most importantly, why.

Start with small things. Add a fruit or vegetable with every meal. Get an extra 10 or 15 minutes of sleep. Then build on that and you will be on the road to make lasting changes.

Supplements can help but you need to know more about what you are taking and what is best for your bodies.  Look for the USP verified mark on the label. It is an independent organization task with insuring purity and potency of the nations drug supply.  It will let you know that what’s on the label is in the bottle.
