City of Franklin seeks new fire chief
FRANKLIN,Ind. (WISH) – Franklin Fire Chief, John Henderson, stepped down from his post Friday.
After stepping down, Henderson will now assume a role as a lieutenant.
Henderson’s decision to step down was mutual according to Franklin Mayor, Joe McGuinness.
For the interim, Deputy Chief Jim Reese, will act as a replacement.
A new fire chief is expected to be hired within the next 30-45 days.
