INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – In honor of the frigid cold temperatures, this morning, WISH-TV and a local ice sculpture artist Stephan Koch, with Indiana Ice Studio, Inc., created an “ice desk,” where the station’s anchors and meteorologists are having a little fun today.

Koch began constructing his frozen work of art around 5 a.m., Monday just in time for the “Ice Desk” to make its debut during 24-Hour News 8’s Daybreak at 6:30 a.m.

Located on the front steps at WISH-TV, viewers can see the “ice desk” as they drive past the 1950 N. Meridian St. studios, or during 24-Hour News 8’s cold weather coverage at noon, 5 p.m., 6 p.m., 10 p.m. and 11 p.m.
