LEGO unveils Star Wars Death Star model display at LEGOLAND
LEGOLAND California Resort Brand Ambassador , Julie Estrada, unveils their LEGO “STAR WARS Miniland DEATH STAR model display, More than half Million LEGO Bricks were used to construct the model featuring a planet-destroying Super laser, and includes a display of the famous trench run scene where Luke Skywalker maneuvered his X-wing fighter through the combat zone to destroy the Death Star!! The display is 8-feet wide, 13-feet high and weighs more than 1900 pounds.
It really is massive. It is the largest model we’ve added to LEGO Star Wars Miniland.”
The unveiling of the new LEGO Star Wars™ Miniland Death Star Model Display kicks-off the fan favorite, LEGO Star Wars™ Days event on March 7 and 8, where guests can spend the day participating in Star Wars™ related activities.
