Four children removed from meth lab home

NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) Two people were arrested when drugs were found at their residence as the Department of Child Services was removing four children.

Jennifer Oliver, 28, and Nathaniel Oliver, 30, were both arrested after officers found an apparent methamphetamine lab, according to a news release from the Noble County Sheriff’s Department.

On Saturday at 11: 55 a.m., the Noble County Sheriff’s Department and Indiana State Police assisted the Department of Child Services with the removal of the children from a residence located in the 400 block of East State Road 8.

Officers found probable cause for a search warrant and found what appeared to be a methamphetamine lab. Police said there were numerous items of paraphernalia and what police believe was marijuana and methamphetamine.
