No charges to be filed in Bloomfield death
GREENE COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – No charges will be filed in the death of D.J. Lockhart.
Officials say Lockhart entered the home of Michael Rogers uninvited.
Lockhart confronted Rogers about past relationships with two women.
One of those women being missing Bloomfield woman, Marina Boelter.
Lockhart started a fight with Rogers.
Rogers stabbed him during that fight.
Lockhart died in the house.
After investigating, officials say Rogers acted out of self-defense and will not be charged.
