One person killed in early morning shooting
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – One person was shot and killed in an early morning shooting Sunday morning.
Police responded to a call in the 8100 block of East 21st Street, near the Franklin intersection, around 4 a.m. of an individual down in a parking lot.
After arriving on scene, police discovered Terry Proctor Jr., 27, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
Proctor was pronounced dead at the scene.
