Washington County men face charges for meth lab

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — Two men from the Pekin area face multiple felony charges after a meth lab was found.

Levaughn Canaday and Johnathan Gibson were both arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail.

The Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Section received information of a possible meth lab at the men’s residence on Gobbler Knob Road near Pekin. During the search, investigators say they found meth and materials to manufacture meth were found.

Both men face identical charges for manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of precursors, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.
