New development coming to Keystone at the Crossing

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) A new $40 million dollar investment is heading to Keystone at the Crossing.

PK Partners will build office space, luxury apartments and possibly a hotel in the future. The development will be built on the 3600 block of River Crossing Parkway.

“It keeps Keystone at the Crossing a relevant mixed use area destination,” said Wes Podell with PK Partners. “It’s competitive (and) with town centers underway in other areas, it keeps it attractive.”

Gene B. Glick Company will move it’s headquarters to the location just north of Champs restaurant when construction is done.

“We love Indianapolis,” said Glick CEO David Barrett. “Staying in Indianapolis is extremely important to us.”

GLICK is one of the largest real estate companies in the United States, founded in Indianapolis in the late 1940s.

PK Partners showed renderings of the new development as executives for bother companies stood together for the announcement.

The office space is schedule to be complete in 2016 and the apartments could be finished in late 2016 or early 2017. Plans for a possible hotel have not been released.
