Picking Right Bread for Bread Bowl

1. Ways to make a bread bowl for you soup

a. Refrigerator French Bread – cut loaf into 3 pieces and shape each into a ball. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes

b. Frozen Bread Bowls made from frozen loaf of bread

c. Large refrigerator biscuit – grease 10 ounce custard cups and shape dough around the cup. Place on cookie sheet and bake.

d. Large dinner rolls – cut off top of rolls and remove inside, leaving ¼ inch of bread inside.

e. Kaiser buns – cut off top and remove inside, leaving ¼ inch of bread inside
