Ville Restaurant previews their menu for Northside Nights.

Chef Keith Brooks presents The Ville’s Quinoa Special and his unique Jambalaya that will be on the menu for Northside Nights.  The Ville is located in Noblesville and, as with all the restaurants that participate in Northside Nights, this is a great opportunity to sample the unique dishes they have on their American/New Orleans menu.

Quinoa is a light, gluten free grain grown in South America and is very hearty and healthy for  you….there is a very different flavor, it’s very sweet and robust in the red quinoa.”

450 restaurants will begin serving three-course, value-price menus today during Northside Nights running until Sunday, March 22. Participating eateries provide lunch and/or dinner menus including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and drink pairings.
