INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A 14-year-old is arrested for allegedly committing three robberies at CVS pharmacies in less than a week.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says the teen was arrested and faces three preliminary counts of robbery.

According to police, the teen robbed the CVS Pharmacy in the 5500 block of West 38th Street on March 11 and then again on March 17. In between those, he is accused of robbing another CVS Pharmacy in the 3300 block of North High School Road on March 12.

IMPD says the teen would enter the stores, place a note on the counter stating that they were being robbed and then demand narcotics.

The teen has been transported to the Juvenile Detention Center for processing. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
