IMS to welcome new HD video display boards

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Fans at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway will be able to get closer to the action with new video display boards from Panasonic Enterprise Solutions Company.

The newly installed HD and LED video displays will give people watching from the stands a high end display of the action.

“We are continuing to enhance the fan experience at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Panasonic is playing a key role,” Indianapolis Motor Speedway president J. Douglas Boles said in a press release. “We will deliver state-of-the-art technology and a clear view of all the racing action. The imaging clarity and technology powering the new video displays, in addition to enhanced content delivery, will allow our fans to truly feel the energy on the track.”

IMS was chosen by Panasonic to make sure everyone at the track has a video screen to see the race. The screens will be located throughout the infield and in front of the grandstands.

New screens should be installed by the May 9 Angie’s List Grand Prix. Click here for more information.
