Johnson County man arrested on child molestation charges

FRANKLIN, Ind. (WISH) – A man accused of molesting a child for three years was arrested on Wednesday by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department.

Raymon L. Martindale was arrested based on incidents that occurred from 2006 until 2009, to a victim that was 7 to 9 years old.

Martindale was preliminarily charged with a Class A felony for child molestation and a Class D felony for dissemination of matter harmful to minors.

The suggested charges were based on laws that were in effect from 2006 until 2009 regarding child molestation.

He bonded out of the Johnson County Jail for $53,000.
