2 apprehended following police pursuit on city’s southeast side

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis Metropolitan Department Police say they were in pursuit of a vehicle after they responded to shots fired on the city’s southeast side.

IMPD said they responded to a call for shots fired near Sebastian Place and Wolfgang Drive around 8:30 p.m. When officers arrived the driver fled the scene.

A chase ensued for about a half hour with the suspect and IMPD. Two people, including a male and female, were apprehended without incident.
