Police: Traffic stop leads to drugs, stolen car
BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – Police said a traffic stop led to the recovery of a stolen car and drugs.
The Bartholomew County Sheriff Department said a deputy pulled over a Toyota Celica early Tuesday morning. The deputy discovered the car was reported as stolen after running the license plate.
Police said the driver of the car, Nakki Furkin, was arrested after the officer noticed a cup full of yellow liquid and a bag containing syringes.
The car’s passenger, Zondria Sluder, was also arrested.
